πŸ‡§πŸ‡¬ Transport your taste buds to Bulgaria with this mouthwatering Bulgarian Musaka! πŸ˜‹

Ingredients:
minced meat - 500 g
potatoes - 300 g
carrots - 1 pc
onion - 1 head
oil - 150 ml
parsley - 1 bunch
tomato puree - 50 g
red pepper - 1 tsp.
black pepper - 1 tsp.
salt to taste

Topping (Optional)
eggs - 2 pcs
flour - 50 g
yoghurt - 300 g

Instructions:

Grate carrots, chop onions, and parsley finely.
Peel and cube potatoes.
SautΓ© onions and carrots until soft in a deep frying pan.
Add minced meat, cook until crumbly.
Mix in tomato paste, then add potatoes. Season with spices and stir.
Fry briefly, transfer to a baking tray, add some water.
Bake at 180Β°C for 20-30 mins until lightly browned.
Carefully pour topping, bake until golden. Enjoy! 🍽️✨
