JESPER SJÖDAHL at CARMEN

We’re excited to welcome Jesper, cook and author of ‘Nothing New’, to our kitchen next weekend.

Jesper previously ran his own grocer and café, Amiralsgatans Speceributik in Malmö, and most recently he has been cooking at Lille Bakery and Auren’s Deli in Copenhagen.

‘Nothing New’ is a book about what it means to cook well without chasing novelty. The food follows that same logic. Seasonal and unfussy, built around good ingredients treated with care. Expect the kind of cooking that feels familiar but quietly considered — spring on a plate, nothing more, nothing less.
