What actually happens at a Pizza Show? →

-You arrive at a venue you’d never expect to eat pizza in.
-You sit down at a long table with friends and new ones
Antipasti arrives. W**e keeps coming.
-A world-class pizza chef (usually 50 Top Pizza) fires pies out of an open kitchen right in front of you.
-Music kicks up. The room slowly turns from dinner into party.
-Somewhere around 11PM, dessert is served and nobody’s ready to leave.
-You leave with a full stomach and probably a new group chat.

That’s the show. Same every time. Different every time.

One tennis court. Full Wimbledon White. Long tables baseline to baseline. Limoncello all evening. That was Sante Open; our late-summer moment before the ovens moved back indoors.

There’s a reason we call it a show..
Chefs working in the middle of the room. Ovens fired up in plain sight. Dough stretched, sauced and slid straight into the flames while you sit down for dinner. No mystery kitchen behind a wall; every pizza built in front of you, plate to plate.

Pizza, music, drinks; everything except a standard dinner. Long tables you don’t want to leave. Live Italian music that turns “when’s dessert” into “who’s DJ-ing next.” Chefs dancing between the ovens. A crowd that came for the pizza and stayed for everything after.

Throwback to the night with .madrid , the 2nd best pizzeria in Europe flying in to run our ovens for our 5 year anniversary. Two pizzas, two nights, one collab we’re still thinking about.

Rotterdam, we’re back!

9 + 10 October in the stunning Arminiuskerk. A 125-year-old historic church in the heart of Museumpark, between the Kunsthal, Boijmans and the Nieuwe Instituut, will set the stage for The Pizza Show. 🍕
