As the nights grow longer and the winds whistle outside our roastery, the winter blues has creeped in like fog on an Amsterdam canal. It’s cold and dreary, friends, and the sun’s a stranger. So, to warm our hands and hearts, we’ve cooked up a cheeky concoction from two of our favorite origins. Consider this micro-blend our little ode to long nights and long underwear, with flavors crisp like a February frost. Brew up a warm one, dream of Lake Kivu or the Peruvian hills, and stay cozy late into the winter night.

A balanced omni-roast, these beans will be suitable for almost any brewing method… a perfect gift, you may say 🌚…

Aaaaand, there it is… Fu***ng Strong DECAF on the shelves and online now. Mellow out, kids.

For years, decaf was laughed at by coffee nerds and forgotten by the specialty world – leaving decaf drinkers to toil in a purgatory of over-processed, over-commercialized, over-roasted beans. Our polite response? F**k that. Times are a-changin’, folks, and we’ve joined the mellowed-out, steady-handed revolution! Instead of dirty chemicals, these beans were decaffeinated with the help of a sugarcane byproduct with a punk rock name: Ethyl Acetate.

Once in Amsterdam, we medium roast them ‘till they’re bold and sweet like toasted caramel. No more jittery fingers or restless nights – sip late and sleep tight!
