The final month of Sunday Summer Series is here.

Over the past months we’ve welcomed so many restaurants, chefs and guests to Outpost. Every Sunday brought its own team, its own menu and its own atmosphere. Seeing everyone make this place their own has been exactly what we hoped for.

For our last month, we’ve invited:

Today we’re fully immersed in preparing our new menu. Tonight, will be cooking and tasting all the new dishes together with the entire team.

At the same time, is working on wine and service training, making sure we stay sharp on continue refining everything we do.

In short, a busy day filled with preparation, laughter, focus, and learning.

Meanwhile, we’re quietly counting down to spring… just look at how beautiful our terrace will be soon.

Last week’s Valentine’s was truly a blast. Thanks to everyone who joined us, it still feels unreal to experience your energy and positive vibe in our restaurant, filled to the very last seat.

Next week we’re launching our new menu. We can’t wait to show you everything that has been working on.

We’re also introducing something new to the menu, something close to our hearts. It gives us the freedom to express what we believe Café Beurre is all about, and to let you experience it to the fullest.

What a week! We’re truly looking forward to welcome everyone who is joining us this week and to all of you who secured a spot for Valentine’s Day, we can’t wait. Of course, we’ve prepared something special, more about that later!

As we are slowly moving towards the next season, is quietly working on a fresh and new menu, which will be introduced in the final week of February.

SPICY MARG & SMOKEY ORANGE

If you’ve been at our spot the past couple of weeks you already had the chance to try out our renewed drinks menu.

Together with our longknowm friend David, who created his own cocktail lab , we were able to create signature cocktails as wel as an expansion of our drinks “zonder alcohol”

WE ARE ON VACATION

We’re taking a short break before coming back in full force to make next year unforgettable.
The kitchen lights will be back on January 6th.

A big thank you to everyone who made this year what it was, all of our guests, the restaurants that joined us for the incredible pop-up at the start of 2025, and of course every single member of our team. It’s been quite a ride, and we’re heading into the new year full of energy and excitement for what’s ahead.
