To help you get correct quantity of ingredients and avoid wastage every time you bake, I have prepared a short manual titled "Cake Baking Measurement Guide" which you can print and stick on your kitchen wall.

It will tell you the exact quantities of the following for each pan size ranging from 6 inches to 14 inches in order to bake the perfect cake:

Abuja Summer Cake Baking, Decorations & Pastries Workshop [August Edition]

Yay! We are running a special full day Summer Intensive workshop here in Abuja to empower women with basic baking & pastry-making skills and encourage them to take up baking & pastry-making as a small business.

Our first Abuja workshop for 2019 will happen on Saturday, April 13. It is all about Fondant Icing! Decorating with fondants is one of the 3 popular methods of cake decoration. This is our first workshop which will focus solely on Cake Decoration. You don’t want to miss it.

Our first workshop for 2019 will happen on Saturday, April 13. It is all about Fondant Icing! So we will be talking a lot about Fondants in the coming days and weeks.

One of the questions people often ask is, “Can You eat fondant?”
Yes, you can eat fondant because it's edible but it's not something you would want to eat. Since this is made of sugar, you can expect nothing but sweetness.

While some people find it delicious, others don’t like it because of its sweetness and thickness. Too much sugar is not good for our health.
