Last Sunday I decided to try something different for breakfast and hubby loved it alot, it was soft and yummy when I told him I was serving that for dinner yesterday he was so excited and rushed back home immediately😜

Recipe :
fresh eggs
blended pepper
chopped onion
A tip of salt
A tip of maggi
Bread
G/oil

Method :
whisk your egg along side your blended pepper, chopped onion, a tip of salt and maggi to taste. Get a non sticky pan and heat a table spoon of g/oil, deep both sides of your bread into the egg mix and Place it on the hot pan, Stir fry both sides for 10 seconds each and take it out. 😋😋😋 serve with tea or your favourite soft drink.

You don't need to break a bank to eat healthy and its satisfying too.
