MENU: JOLLOF MINCED BEEF SPAGHETTI

RECIPE:.
Spaghetti
Minced beef
Onions
Thyme
Seasoning cube
Curry powder
Tomato puree
Ginger and garlic paste
Tomato pepper mix
Carrots
Green bell pepper
Spring onions
Red bell pepper
Vegetable oil
Salt

PROCEDURE:
* In a pan add some oil allow it to heat up slightly and then add the onions saute for about a minute so that the flavour of the onions comes through. Add the thyme and curry powder stir together so as to wake up the spices.

* Next, transfer in the minced beef break it apart into little pieces until it looses it's pinkness. Add seasoning cube, some salt then mix everything together and allow to continue cooking.

* Next up, add the tomato puree and mix together (NOTE: The tomato puree gives the dish a lovely deep red colour and also a perfect base for this recipe). Afterwards, add the tomatoe pepper mix, garlic and ginger paste mix and allow to fry for few minutes.

* Add green bell pepper, carrots, red bell pepper mix together (NOTE: At this point you can add any vegetable of choice).

* Next, add the pre-cooked spaghetti to the pan followed by a little bit of the pasta water then mix everything together making sure that every strand of the pasta is well coated.

* Finally, add the chopped spring onions (This takes the whole dish to a new level). Turn off the heat.

* Serve and Enjoy!!!!
