*FACTS CONCERNING BANANA*

Never, put your banana in the refrigerator!!!...
This is interesting. After reading this, you'll never look at a banana in the same way again.

Bananas contain three natural sugars - sucrose, fructose and glucose combined with fiber. A banana gives an instant, sustained and substantial boost of energy.

Research has proven that just two bananas provide enough energy for a strenuous 90-minute workout. No wonder the banana is the number one fruit with the world's leading athletes.

But energy isn't the only way a banana can help us keep fit. It can also help overcome or prevent a substantial number of illnesses and conditions, making it a must to add to our daily diet.

DEPRESSION:
According to a recent survey undertaken by MIND amongst people suffering from depression, many felt much better after eating a banana. This is because bananas contain tryptophan, a type of protein that the body converts into serotonin, known to make you relax, improve your mood and generally make you feel happier.

PMS:
Forget the pills - eat a banana. The vitamin B6 it contains regulates blood glucose levels, which can affect your mood.

ANEMIA:
High in iron, bananas can stimulate the production of hemoglobin in the blood and so helps in cases of anemia.

BLOOD PRESSURE:
This unique tropical fruit is extremely high in potassium yet low in salt, making it perfect to beat blood pressure So much so, the US Food and Drug Administration has just allowed the banana industry to make official claims for the fruit's ability to reduce the risk of blood pressure and stroke.

BRAIN POWER:
200 students at a Twickenham (Middlesex) school ( England ) were helped through their exams this year by eating bananas at breakfast, break, and lunch in a bid to boost their brain power. Research has shown that the potassium-packed fruit can assist learning by making pupils more alert.

CONSTIPATION:
High in fiber, including bananas in the diet can help restore normal bowel

How to make Soft and rich bread
Ingredients
Flour 3 cups(400g)
Milk or water 1 cup (200g)
Sugar 1/4cup (40g)
Yeast 2 tsp (7g)
Butter or vegetable oil 1/4 cup
Salt 1/4 tsp
Mix ingredient starting from water or milk, add yeast ,add sugar, add butter or veg oil, add flour then add salt . Mix together and knead for 15 min or until stretchy ( not tearing apart too fast when you stretch it )
Put in a oiled bowl and cover to rise until size doubles, punch 🤛🏽 to release gas or air ,roll to rectangle shape and roll to the size of your pan , Bake at 325F• for 20 to 25 min
Let cool completely before cutting ,Enjoy you bread 🥰

Home made yoghurt.
it's Natural, Healthy & Tasty.

Recipe
1. Powdered Milk------ -------500g
2. Water -----------4liters
3. Yoghurt culture---10g
(You can also use fresh unsweetened natural yoghurt as your culture to make your own homemade delicious yoghurt.)
4.sugar--------------to taste
5. Vanilla flavour or any other flavour of your choice

Procedure
1. Dilute the milk with the water in a bowl and transfer the mixture into a pot

2. Bring the diluted milk to a boil, bring down from fire, pour into a bowl that has cover but don't cover immediately, allow it to become warm, not totally cold. ( the essence of boiling is to get ride of germs).

3. When the milks is warm, pour the yoghurt culture/starter in a little plate, pour a little quantity of the boiled milk in to the culture/starter, dilute it and then pour it back into the main milk.

4. Cover it and keep in a warm place, where it will not be disturbed and allow it to ferment for 10 -12 hours or preferably over night.

5. When it properly ferments (i.e) the next day, open the bucket and stir, if it's too thick, you can add more water to it.

6. Add you sugar to taste and vanilla flavor or any other flavor of your choice, stir well to combine to whole ingredients properly and then sieve to remove the chaff.

7. Your yoghurt is ready for consumption, so easy to make. You can put in the fridge cos it's best served chilled.

HOW TO MAKE PINEAPPLE FRIED RICE
INGREDIENTS
* 3 cups of Rice
* Shrimps
* 1 whole Pineapple
* Carrots (diced)
* Spring onions
* 3 eggs
* Grated garlic and ginger
* Onion powder
* Black pepper
* Green peas
* White/Chili pepper
* All purpose seasoning/seasoning cubes
* Soy sauce
* Vegetable oil
PREPARATIONS
* Wash and perboil the rice for about 7mins. Wash and cook and until it's soft.
* Season the shrimps with some garlic, ginger, black pepper, onion powder, salt and fry on both sides. Set aside.
* Beat the eggs and fry. Set aside
* Cut the pineapple into tiny cube shapes and set aside.
* Heat up some Vegetable oil in a pan, add the grated garlic and ginger and fry for 30ses. Add the diced carrots and green peas and fry for about a 1min. Add the pineapple stir and let it simmer for a few seconds. Add the all purpose seasoning, some salt and white/chilli pepper. Stir and then add the shrimps and scrambled eggs and stir again. Add the rice and the soy sauce, mix until everything is properly combined.

HOW TO MAKE COCONUT CANDY.

INGREDIENTS 👇
*Coconut.
*Granulated sugar
*Water
*Grater and spatula.

PROCEDURE 👇
1. Crack the coconut, collect the juice and separate the coconut flesh from the shell.

2. Grate along the flesh of the coconut so as to get long pieces of coconut. Grating across the flesh will only give you a clumpy mass of coconut.

3. Pour the coconut juice and sugar into a pot and set to boil on medium heat and Stir.

4. Add in the grated coconut pieces and pour water to rise to the same level as the coconut and Stir thoroughly.

5. Stir continuously till the mixture becomes browner in colour.

6. Reduce or turn of the heat completely. At this stage, the sugar caramelises, making the contents stick closely together.

7. Transfer the hot coconut candy into a wide tray to cool. You can mould into ball or square shapes and store or serve as desired.
