💔 THE WIFE WHO LOVED A STRANGER 💔

EPISODE 2
🌹 “The Forgotten Anniversary” 🌹

Our fourth wedding anniversary came quietly — no flowers, no breakfast-in-bed, not even a text.
Just silence.

He used to remember everything.
The little things.
Like how I took my tea, or that I hated lilies because they reminded me of funerals.

But that morning, he simply said, “You look nice today,” and left for work.
No kiss. No “I love you.” Just… gone.

Around noon, my phone buzzed.
A text from an unknown number.

> “Happy anniversary, Mrs. Daniels. He might forget, but I never will.”

My heart dropped.
I called the number — no response. Just a faint recorded voice that said, “This line is unreachable.”

When he got home that evening, I asked directly.
“Who’s Rose?”

He frowned. “You’re still on that?”
“Yes, because she wished me a happy anniversary.”

His expression softened — then turned into something else. Pity? Fear?
“She’s my doctor,” he said finally. “For my memory. I didn’t want to worry you.”

My throat tightened. “Memory? What are you talking about?”
He sighed, sat down, and whispered, “Early-onset amnesia. The pills help slow it down.”

My mind went blank.
All the missed dates, forgotten names, distant looks — it all made sense.
But one thing didn’t.

“If she’s your doctor,” I said quietly, “why does she text you like she loves you?”

He looked away. “Because maybe she does.”

That night, I cried silently — for the man who once loved me,
and for the stranger sleeping beside me.

💔 THE WIFE WHO LOVED A STRANGER 💔

EPISODE 1
🌧️ “The Night My Husband Forgot My Name” 🌧️

It started like any other night.
Dinner was on the table, the lights dim, and the faint hum of the refrigerator filled the silence between us.

But something was wrong.

“Pass the salt… uh—” he paused, eyes squinting as if searching for a word that wouldn’t come.
I smiled awkwardly. “You mean me?”
He chuckled faintly. “Yeah, sorry. I just had a long day.”

But the way he said it… it wasn’t tiredness. It was uncertainty.

My name—my own husband had hesitated to remember it.

We’d been married for four years. We’d survived storms, laughter, and even his mother’s cold disapproval.
But that night, I looked across the table and felt like I was dining with a stranger.

Later, as he showered, I found his phone on the bed—its screen lighting up.
A message.
From a saved contact labeled “Rose 🌹”.

> “Did you take your pills today? Don’t forget again, okay?”

My heart stopped.
Not because of the message—but because of his reply, already sent before I picked up the phone:

> “I promise, love. I won’t forget you this time.”

The bathroom door opened, steam filling the room.
I dropped the phone, pretending to scroll through mine.

“Who’s Rose?” I asked casually.
He froze mid-step. “Who?”
I turned slowly. “The one who reminds you to take your pills.”

His face went blank.
Then he whispered something that made my blood run cold.

“She’s… the one who knows me better than I know myself.”

That night, I slept beside a man whose heart I no longer recognized—
and whose mind was slowly slipping away from me.

*💭If you just focus on yourself and you don't care ❤️‍🩹 about anyone else, that's selfish. If you only focus on other people and not yourself, that's self-sabotage😫. But if you work on yourself, if you take care of your health, your mental health, your finances, in order to be more and give more to others that's the balance you want.*🤭
