Recipe for flaky meat pie dough
500g flour
250g margarine
2egg yokes
1 tsp vinegar
1tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1tsp bp
1/2 cup water

Method:
* Sieve flour in a bowl
*Add all the dry ingredients and mix
* Add in butter and mix to crumble texture
* Extract your egg yolks and add the vinegar, whisk very well and add to the flour mixture and mix.
* Add the water and mix to get a soft but not sticky dough.
*Your flaky meat pie dough is ready.
