Please, I want to advise us: stop sieving crayfish dust out just to sell only the main crayfish while throwing the dust away. The only time this might make sense is if a customer is willing to buy the crayfish at a very high price. Otherwise, it is not a good strategy.

We pound crayfish into powder before using it for cooking, so why throw away the fine particles that come with it? Crayfish dust is not sand—it consists of parts like the legs and small fragments of the crayfish. By discarding it, you are simply giving yourself unnecessary losses.

Also, the more properly dried the crayfish is, the more dust you are likely to see. Not all crayfish comes with dust, but well-dried ones usually do.

Life didn’t end… but that day, I almost cried.

I carefully packaged dried fish for a customer, everything neat, everything perfect… only for a shipping company to handle it carelessly.

By the time it arrived, everything was damaged.
