Honestly, food business is not for the weak.
Starting from sourcing for ingredients, the cooking, the packaging and cleaning up after the whole work is done.
Here's where you'll start thinking of getting a staff or two; especially if you're still doing the business on a small scale.
Getting a staff, a reliable one at that, is even almost impossible.
At a point where I have orders coming in almost every week, my staff refused to show up without any prior information. It's hard but we move!!!
On the other hand, I'm glad I do not have to rely on anyone before showing up for my customers... NEVER GO INTO A BUSINESS YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT.
