Customers go whine you. But no panic
This was a custom made strawberry cake. Made with strawberry compote and home made jam. Customer still wanted it with filling and buttercream.
Time for delivery customer was late and opted I use bolt delivery for her.
Did she chill it? Nope.... In this food business, you go see 100 but no panic...
