The festive season is upon us and with this recipe of mine, even a novice can make the best puffpuff ever for family and friends to enjoy 😊

Recipe
1kg of flour (8 cups)
250g sugar (1 + 1/4 cups)
2 tablespoon yeast
4 cup of warm water
1 tablespoon of powder milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon nutmeg

Procedure
In a bowl sieve you flour,sugar, milk, nutmeg and salt and mix together

Add the yeast and mix together as well

Make a centre and add the water add begin mix together not too thick and watery

Cover and allow to rise for 1 hour

Heat up your oil and begin to scoop

When it turn golden brown bring out from oil

Note if you are using soft flour 4/5 cups of water is ok and if you are using hard flour you will be needing an extra water just little so that you won't end up with watery batter

This puff puff will serve about 20 people if package 4 pieces each and this recipe will also give you about 85 pieces of puff puff if scoop in smaller sizes
