Egusi Ijebu

So in conclusion of the last video title most of you missed😂😂😂😂

This here is the soup.

Egusi Ijebu has two variant cookings, either thick or watery though the traditional route is watery. At our kitchen, we always cook according to your taste bud😍😘 so cheers to my Ijebu fam here and all the environs that love and cook this awesome soup, the taste is something else mehn....super delicious is the final output

Agbono Soup

While this is a popular Nigerian soup, its cooked differently in different parts of Nigeria and also gives different results....

Some believe that to get that drawy effect, you have to add okro to it while some others just love to add okro for extra drawy effect, however, the Niger Delta people cook it as a soup on its own and it comes out thick and delicious enough for your taste bud.

Agbono has some healthy ingredients accomplishment in it though the major ingredient itself is not termed 'healthy'.......

If properly prepared, you'll enjoy the rich depth of the food and all the hidden flavors therein.....kids love it a lot as it makes solid foods easier to take in for them, adults love it also and when you serve it at events, you'll see the rush and know that it has been cooked really well.

Edikai ikon Soup

This is the Traditional soup of the Efiks, Ibibios of the South South of Nigeria.

Its a rich blend of fresh vegetables, assorted proteins and other key ingredients.

My mother grew up in Calabar and passed down this dish aming others to me but while growing up, we called it 'ofe akwukwo' in ibo, meaning vegetable soup, I never knew it was the popular edikai ikon till i asked her to teach me and she laughed and said, but you cooked it two days ago🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Over the years, I've carved out my own name for this beautiful soup, meet "Edibaba"😍😍😍

If you are familiar with edikai ikon then you know that its the bane of healthy food. You can eat it with ANYTHING AND ALONE as well. Its a complete meal.

Ofe Nsala aka White Soup

This is a Traditional food from the Eastern part of Nigeria. The main tribes of this delicious soup are Delta Ibos from Ugwashi ukwu, Asaba, Ezi, Olona, Ubulu ukwu, Isele Ukwu and all that region.
No Traditional event is complete without Ofe Nsala. It is delicious and carefully prepared to produce that awesome taste that keeps the body healthy.

Its main ingredient is Yam, best prepared with live chicken 😍😍😍 very suitable for nursing mothers and convalescing patients, ideal meal any day.

Try it with pounded yam and oh my deliciousness 😍😍😍😍😍😍 your body will thank you.
