At TGS, we serve charcoal grilled and mouth watering chicken, spare ribs and fish marinated in our specially created TGS marinates. In addition, we serve great and juicy burgers, hotdogs, pancakes & waffles. Not to be left out, we also offer local delicacies of grilled and fried plantains (Boli and Dodo, respectively). Located in Freedom Park which historically was the Broad Street Prisons (with n

otable inmates like Chief Obafemi Awolowo and Chief Anthony Enahoro) but has now been rehabilitated into a serene park, TGS resonates with an ambience of unrestrained peace and tranquility. Its large branded and colorful patio umbrellas keep you shaded from the sun as the breeze from the Lagos Marina cools you in its wake. A constant flow of music soothes you as you eat - whether its contemporary jazz from around the world making stops in Europe, North America, South Africa, Brazil, and home, Nigeria, or a trip down memory lane with a 70’s or 80’s funk groove. You simply get caught in the moment. Our customers constantly express how they love TGS and how they simply cannot believe that it’s right in the middle of Lagos. TGS serves as a hub for city workers to relax after a hard day’s work before heading home while also maintaining a nice family friendly atmosphere, particularly on the weekends. We remain constantly appreciative of our customers and that appreciation is expressed on the faces of our cheerful and helpful staff. It’s easy to get to TGS – (1) Go past the entrance of MUSON on your left and Lagos City Mall & TBS on your right. (2) Follow the road as it curves to the left then make the first right turn unto Broad Street. (3) When on Broad Street, make the first turn to your right which is Ganiyu Smith Street. (4) When on Ganiyu Smith Street, the Freedom Park entrance is the first set of gates on your left. (5) We are to your right when you enter the park. Welcome Home!
