MARBLE CHOCLATE GANACHE
step 1 : pour whipped cream, white choclate in a bowl and stir over boiling water until the chocolate dissolves.
When it is completely melted, pour in two separate bowls and mix in two colours that you like.

Pour it back into the same bowl without stiring and pour over a cold mousse cake .
Once that is done the marble coloured chocolate ganache sets and you have a beautiful Marble chocolate mousse cake set and ready for slice
