Ingredients:

1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)

1 tbsp flaxseeds

1 scoop plant-based protein (optional)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (probiotics & zinc)

1 cup coconut water

Fertility food: Making a smoothie from scratch in 4 simple steps
Choose your base: Select the fruits and vegetables of your preference to create the base of your fertility smoothies. Avocado, banana, berries, orange and spinach are some ingredients that will give a great taste and are also very nutritious.
Add the right liquid : This step is important to obtain proper flavor and density. Most of the times 1 cup (150-200 g) of liquid is enough. You can choose among low-fat milk, almond milk, orange juice or simply water.
Thicken your smoothie: By choosing a “thickener” you get the right texture, creaminess and extra nutrients. Add some yogurt, nut butter, oats, flax or chia seeds.
Boost the flavor: At this point you can add some extra flavor to your smoothie according to your preferences. You can choose between herbs and spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and vanilla extract or add some sweet elements like honey or natural sweeteners like stevia.

Ingredients:

1 cup spinach

1 banana

1/2 avocado

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp pumpkin seeds (zinc)

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Why it helps: Spinach and pumpkin seeds are rich in folate and zinc, improving s***m quality and production.

Protein Smoothie

This protein smoothie recipe is made with 6 ingredients in 5 minutes! It’s is an easy, delicious, and healthy way to increase your daily protein intake.

Ingredients
▢1 ½ cups milk (12 g protein)
▢½ cup Greek yogurt (12 g protein)
▢1 ½ cup mixed berries frozen (1 g protein)
▢1 banana frozen (2 g protein)
▢1 TBS almond butter (4 g protein)
▢1 scoop Vanilla protein powder (24 g protein)
▢Optional: 1 TBS honey
▢Optional: 1 cup frozen spinachProtein Smoothie

Optional Add-ins

If you’d like to add some nutrition boosters to this protein smoothie, here are some suggestions that you can add before blending:

Greens. Adding 1 cup of spinach or power greens, won’t effect the taste or texture of this smoothie at all. It will change the color, but it’ll taste great and have a bonus serving of veggies

Collagen. For even more protein without changing the flavor, add a scoop of collagen.

Chia seeds. a nutritional powerhouse that can be added to this tropical smoothie. I recommend adding 1-2 TBS and drinking the smoothie immediately.

1 cup diced peaches, fresh or frozen

For best result use frozen fruits since mango is in season this is the best time to prepare this smoothie my daughter loves this 😍
