Job Description:
Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion
Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
Respond to questions and requests for information
Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed

Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. The Customer Service Representative attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
