What is Tolu's jollof without no veggies?
For my jollof rice ingredients,I use healthy oil like olive oil, and rapeseed oil which contains some good vitamins and good for the body system.
For my spices,I use ama wonder jollof rice spice,paprika,mixed herbs,oregano to give it you know that heavenly smell and awesome taste.

Fried rice is one of the easiest rice variant to cook.
It tastes so good when prepared well.
For my fried rice, I used these ingredients.
Carrot
Green beans
Green peas
Sweet corn
White onion
Red beans(it is not only used in salad)
A little chicken broth
Chefbas fried rice spice
Chicken seasoning
Bbq spice seasoning
Ama wonder fried rice spice
Salt to taste.

Note(I didn't use gizzard,Shrimp,liver) They were unavailable but my food still tasted so good.
I intentionally did not use curry because ama wonder fried rice spice did the Job already.
Look at the colour of my rice without no curry.

So some days back,i intended to make native rice in the easiest and fastest way ever.
Tell me why it looks like Tolu's jollof rice🤣.

Everything doesn't have to involve frying all the time.
I did not fry the peppers at all.
I used minimal ingredients too.
Scotch bonnet
Sweet peppers(yellow and orange)
Shaki
Egg
Meat balls
Panla dried fish
Scent leaf
Pumpkin leaf
Onga crayfish Maggi
Meat stock(little)
Salt to taste,and of course the other proteins (smoked turkey and gizzard).
The only missing items were Shrimp,ponmo and (snail which is optional of course).

Every Sunday shouldn't be all about rice. Today I decided to change that by making yam and peppered stew. When I say pepper,I mean pepper.🤣
They don't just call me Tolu pepper anyhow🤣.
Ingredient used:
Olive oil
Onion
Veggies
Pepper(scotch bonnet,habenero pepper(yellow,orange,red)
Shrimp
Chicken breast
Sardine
1 knorr cube
Small salt to taste
Turkey.
And then I stepped it down with mango juice.

N.b My jollof rice is always spicy(not the hot kinda spicy though) moderate spicy to suit everyone's taste.
I'd definitely add this to the menu also for those who love spicy food like me😁
