We are looking to hire a legal /Personal Assistant with superb research and administrative skills. Legal/Personal Assistants are expected to work well under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
The legal/Personal Assistant should be proficient at multi-tasking, intuitive, and an excellent communicator with a keen interest in providing accurate and insightful support to the CEO and the team at large. He/She will be an expert in key legal concepts with fantastic organizational skills, great IT skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
Job responsibilities
Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
Interpret laws, rulings and regulations in legal documents.
Compile, proofread and edit drafts of contracts, leases, licenses, policies and other legal documents.

Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected. Provides "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO's time and office.
Monitor study and develop written summaries of proposed and enacted legislation, regulations, court decisions, industry guidelines, trade journals, and other relevant publications. time and office., or response.
• Researches prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Acts as a "barometer," having a sense of the issues taking place in the environment and keeping him updated.
• Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO’s office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.s taking place in the environment and keeping him updated.
