420g of all-purpose flour
180g of water
50 grams of sugar
1 tablespoon of yeast
2 tablespoon of butter
1 teaspoon salt
2 egg (1 for the dough , 1 to egg wash)
- Add all the ingredients together in your mixing bowl
-Mix in your mixer for 5-8 minutes or until smooth(you can knead with your hand for 10-15 minutes if you don't have a mixer )
-Take it out of your mixing bowl knead for 1 minutes oil your bowl and return the dough into the bowl
-Cover with a cling film or a neat towel to rise for 1-1:30 or until its has doubled in size
-After you dough has doubled in size cut into eight parts or weigh 100gram each
-Mould into a ball and let the closing part sit a buttered or parchment-lined tray
-Leave it to double in size (30 -45 minutes depending on the temperature) you can preheat your oven at this stage
-Egg wash each bun carefully to avoid deflating the bun, sprinkle sesame seeds and bake at 380 degree Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
