Tropical Smoothie 😘

Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple chunks, 🍍
1 large mango, peeled and diced🥭
1 banana, sliced🍌
1/2 cup coconut milk🥥
1/2 cup orange juice🍊
1 tablespoon date syrup(optional)🍯
1/4 cup Greek yogurt ( for creaminess)
Ice cubes (as needed for desired consistency)🧊
Fresh pineapple wedges and mint leaves, for garnish🍹

Method :
In a blender, combine the pineapple, mango, banana, coconut milk, orange juice, honey (if using), and Greek yogurt (if using).
Add ice cubes to the blender, depending on how thick you prefer your smoothie.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with pineapple wedges and mint 🍃

HOW TO MAKE DATE SYRUP

Try this and you will stop using Sugar😋

1. Wash and deseed the dates

2. Soak the date for 8 hours or overnight

3. Cook the soaked Dates till it's really muchy.

4. Blend, seive and squeeze every liquid out of it.

5. Repeat No. 4 till chaff is tasteless.

6. Boil the extracted liquid and stir once in a while to avoid burning.

7. Once it thickens, remove from stove to cool and store in a sterilised container.

Note: The seeds from Dates can be used to make a coffee ☕.

Date Syrup can be used to sweetene baby food, tea, juice, pap etc
