I have a friend that eats catfish 5 times a week and the remaining 2 days he eats fried croaker fish ,I think he’s mami water😂
I crave catfish but can’t finish one full catfish ,
i aswell can’t be buying catfish everyday like my friend ,my ancestors will be laughing in poverty mood if I try ,so here is a way to eat catfish when ever you like and not feel guilty

Ingredients
Catfish
Pepper
Curry
Seasoning powder
Thyme
Sauce from last post
(Play around with spices in your cupboard ,I just wanted to make a quick fish for my craving)

Method
Wash fish with hot water,it must be with hot water cos you will put the remaining half in the freezer and hot water washing method keeps it fresh for me after defrosting ..
Pour in all your ingredients
Leave to Marinate for 3 hours or as long as you want and if you are as inpatient as I am ,skip this part
Cover with foil and grill for an hour or till it’s done ,I used the grilling option on my mini oven from
Enjoy with any chips of choice and tiger nut from

Put the remaining half in a freezer bag and freeze ,defrost when needed and it will still be good
