You can drink 3–4 bottles of soft drinks in one sitting without blinking… full of sugar, colours and chemicals, and ingredients you can’t even pronounce 😏
But when it comes to something actually healthy, you suddenly become a nutritionist:

But seriously, your body actually needs sugar to function. The real issue is not sugar itself, it’s the type and the quantity.
So instead of worrying about how sweet your smoothie tastes, start asking how many chemicals you’ve been consuming from store-bought drinks and foods.
