RECIPE FOR LIVER SAUCE AND CABBAGE
1.cow liver
2.tomatoes (5)p blended
3.red bell pepper (tatashe) and green pepper
4.cabbage
5.chilli pepper (optional)
6.garlic
7.tomatoes paste 1tablespoon
8.onions
9.theme /curry/maggi and salt to taste
10.vegetable oil/butter
PREPARATION
Boil your liver with onion,maggi,curry,and salt to taste,cut your onion and the vegetables put the pot on fire with vegetable oil or butter add the cut onion and the vegetables half fry and then you add up your tomatoes paste then the cut liver add the spices to taste and lastly add the cabbage allow to cook for 5 minutes nd serve with white rice or boil potato
