I started this page as Mukeez treats, a home based restaurant that focused on only fast foods. To be honest I grew up preferring fast food & junks to proper meals ( I still do). As time went by, my vision changed a lot, it hasn’t been easy but I’m embracing it with open hands. As I age, I find it more relevant to pay attention to my gut health coupled with the fact I got opportune to work at a wellness Centre. The environment just general makes you question your lifestyle choices is this contributing to my health or is this deterring it? I’ve decided at this point, I want to help people like me who prefer snacks & fast food “junk” to have healthy options that we can eat without endangering our healths. I don’t know how this journey is going to go but I’m happy to begin with sharing recipes. You’ll mostly find recipes on YouTube and probably healthy sales over here. Thank you for sharing in the journey 💕
