Good morning dear !

What type of tea are you having this morning?

Quick idea:
If you have fresh or dried whole ginger, then you could make LeGinger tea to get you fired up for the day.

Procedure:
Boil ginger in a tea pot for about 5mins.
Add in your favorite tea bag, preferably green or black tea.
Add sugar or honey to taste. 🍯
Serve hot.

What is Chai Afrik?

Chai Afrik is an organic tea brand based in Abuja Nigeria, West Africa. It was officially conceived in 2018 by Bashirat Abdulwahab .

Below is a summary of our brand story:

"In 2016, I was going to give up on everything including a masters degree I had worked so hard for. It all started in 2015 when I lost my husband and father in rapid succession and two major troubles I encountered were Post Traumatic Stress Disorder the lack of adequate sleep.

Chai Afrik was born out of my need for sanity and quality sleep right in my kitchen.
And today, I am excited about helping more people live wholesome lives by the type of drinks, food and especially tea that they consume. I have gone on to create variants of formulation for the many needs of people and I'm excited about what's to come."

A little green in every meal makes a lot of difference. How much green do you consume?
Cucumber is a green that is easy to pair or add to your meals. It can be added to cooked Rice, pasta, salads 🥗 or even breakfast.

🥒 is high in beneficial nutrients, as well as certain plant compounds and antioxidants that may help treat and even prevent some conditions.

It is low in calories but high in many important vitamins and minerals and contain a good amount of water and soluble fiber, making them ideal for promoting hydration and aiding in weight loss.

To maximize the nutrients in 🥒, cucumbers should be eaten unpeeled. Peeling them reduces the amount of fiber, as well as certain vitamins and minerals.

Ideal serving = 1/3 of a medium sized cucumber is adequate. More doesn't hurt.
