When able-bodied men, or anyone for that matter, engage in a quarrel that resembles behaviors often stereotypically associated with women, it's not about gender but rather the emotional dynamics and communication at play. The key to bringing peace to any conflict is to approach the situation with empathy, patience, and a willingness to understand different perspectives.

The responsibility for bringing peace typically falls on:

1. **Mediators or Peacemakers**: These can be friends, family, or neutral parties who listen without judgment and help de-escalate tensions.

2. **The Individuals Involved**: Ultimately, both parties engaged in the quarrel must be willing to reflect on themselves, communicate openly, and seek a resolution.

3. **Anyone Who Seeks Harmony**: Anyone present who values peace and mutual respect should encourage understanding and help guide the conversation toward a resolution.

Peace is often achieved when individuals focus less on who is right or wrong and more on how to move forward constructively.
