This is an ultra-modern boutique bakery and confectionery shop which began operation on the 27th of January, 2014. Shirleys Confectionery prides itself as an organisation that uses fine ingredients and skilled professionals to produce quality products that meet international standard and focus on delivery of excellent service to her customers. There are four major departments of operations

at Shirleys. The departments are Pastry, Bakery, Breakfast and Shawarma. These departments are regarded as the Back end of the organisation. The other departments are the Front end (responsible for sales), cleaning and purchase. There are over 30 staffs working in Shirleys Confectionery. All staff are properly trained and experienced. The company maintains a strict hierarchical policy where reports are directed to the Head Chef, who sends feedback report to the Chairman of Shirleys Confectionery.
