I remember someone asking me why I don’t do trends with my videos and content.

My simple response is, I really don’t cook for content, when you are on the clock, timed and preparing to prevent a disaster.

I cook for my clients, I don’t cook for content.
If content can be shot as I cook, fine! If not? Fine.

I have made lots of meals that didn’t make it to the internet, especially when I am without an assistant.
