The not so sweet link between sugar and belly fat

sugary beverages such as soda, energy and sports drinks, coffee drinks, and processed

For those who have been trying hard to achieve a perfect build or shape (body structure) but it seem impossible to attain, with all we've learned so far on our FOODY-ex episodes, it's advised to reduce CARB intake and replace with HIGH QUALITY PROTEIN.
Reasons are because CARBS; specifically refined carbs and sugar, has the components to cause obesity, which is not good for those on body maintenance.
While HIGH QUALITY PROTEIN is a great diet for building accurate body mass and size. Remember eat 1.5g per kg above your normal 0.8g per kg. What do I mean? Instead of your normal 0.8g X xkg= amount of protein per day, it would be 1.2g X xkg= amount of protein per day for effective workout result.

They're the comfort foods we most often crave: pasta,
fries, pizza, white bread, sugary desserts. But here's
how choosing healthier carbs can improve your health
and waistline.

WHY ARE REFINED CARBS AND SUGAR BAD FOR YOUR HEALTH?

Refined or simple carbohydrates include sugars and refined grains that have been stripped
of all bran, fiber, and nutrients. These include white bread, pizza dough, pasta, pastries,
white flour, white rice, sweet desserts, and many breakfast cereals.

their high glycemic index causes unhealthy spikes in blood sugar levels.
