We're hiring: General Manager — Butcher Block Steakhouse SWAKOPMUND 🥩

Butcher Block Steakhouse is looking for a brilliant, experienced hospitality leader to run the floor, own the numbers, and build a team that guests — and staff — genuinely love working with.

This isn't a caretaker role. We want someone who treats the business like it's their own: driving turnover, protecting margins, developing people, and delivering the kind of guest experience that turns first-timers into regulars.

If you've got 10+ years in restaurants, at least 5 of those leading from the front in a senior management role, and you know your way around a P&L as well as a wine list — we want to hear from you.
