On 1 October 2026, the annual Windhoek Show Grounds Fireworks will once again brighten the night sky — and there is hardly a better place to enjoy the spectacle than from the Garden Terrace at Heinitzburg Boutique Hotel.

Last Sunday, Team Heinitzburg brought the energy to the Nedbank City Dash!

From the 5km Fun Run to the 10km Elite Run, our team showed up with determination, big smiles and plenty of team spirit.

Different pace, same spirit. We cheered, we laughed, we pushed each other — and crossed that finish line together.

How it all started… 1994

A castle, a dream, and a family vision.

With dedication, passion, and the vision of Beate Raith and the late Jürgen Raith, Hotel Heinitzburg slowly grew from its early beginnings into the unique boutique hotel it is today.

More than 30 years later, Heinitzburg remains proudly family-run — now continued by Beate Raith and her son Tibor Raith.
