TO Our Dear Customers,

We would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the drainage problems over the past few days. We know this has not been pleasant for our customers, and it has been very upsetting for us as well.

Please know that we have been doing everything we can to have the issue resolved as quickly as possible. We have been in constant contact with the municipality and even tried arranging private plumbers, but unfortunately the problem lies within the municipal drainage system itself and requires their intervention.

As a team, we take great pride in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for everyone who walks through our doors, which is why this situation has been especially difficult for us.

We truly appreciate the patience, kindness, and support many of you have shown us during this time. Your understanding means more than you know, and we are continuing to follow up urgently until the matter is resolved.
