- Proven track record of having managed a start-up coffee shop/bistro/restaurant/hotel or fast food outlet successfully, and/or
- 3 - 5 years experience in managing a coffee shop/bistro/restaurant/hotel or fast food outlet
- Computer Literate
- Friendly, creative, hardworking, independent and customer oriented
- Profit driven and growth oriented with ability to meet sales targets
- Proven marketing and client relationship management skills
- Excellent inventory and cash management skills
- Proven ability to manage staff
