Since we're here we got time to learn Portuguese and now we feel able to accept this opportunity that has been given to us to take over the restaurant of the famous hotel Escondidinho on the island of Mozambique, Africa. This place is so gorgeous that lots of other things are possible on the same time, so as we are dreamers willing to fulfill our goals, we've been working on an improvement that would benefit to the guests passing by marvelous Ilha and to the people living here on the island...
We are working fusion in between French, African and Asiatic food, as this island is really in this melting pot. It has been since ages the crossroad between Europe, Africa and Asia, in darker times, first, where trade was made out of human beings enslaved and deported, and nowadays ,where these cultures get used to each other and found a better way to get along together, much more profitable for everyone, and much more human too...
