Although the farmers were not rich, but through their hard work, they could still make a decent living to feed their families. In those days, chicken was a rare and luxury food feasted upon on special occasions only. I still remember how happy we were whenever our father said, "we have chicken for dinner". Ayam Nanas (Emas), this family recipe dates back to the 1950s, when my grandma started makin

g roasted chicken with pineapple. It requires paying precise attention to the complex preparation and cooking process. Each chicken has to be marinated for 48 hours for the meat to turn out with juicy and tender while the skin is crispy and perfectly roasted. we are bursting with joy to share our grandma’s secret recipe through the launch of TastyBirds Go! A selection of the special menu TastyBirds Go has to offer. It’s where we push our boundaries of art and creativeness, developing a unique dining experience for each individual. Through our café, we share our discoveries, happiness and value of the local artisanal food with the world.
