四十年前，父亲毅然开始了“鱼头米粉”的生意。。。。一路走来，父亲秉着 “吃得新鲜、吃得健康”的理念在经营着这门生意。坚持食物的品质 ，用料都要求新鲜及十足口感。

本店，“肥仔煲”，是儿子传承及延续父亲对食物与生意理念的执着。

Flavour is a valuable intangible asset from generation to generation….. Forty years ago, father started “fish head bee hoon” business. “Fresh foods for healthy life”, is father’s business concept. Along the way, father persists of quality, appetizing and fresh food in serving the customers.

“Quay Pot” is an inheritance from father to son of his persistence in food and business.
