Salted and ready to be smoked. If you are wondering what are those white texture meat at the back, those are silver-linings / fats that are not going to render even when smoked, they're chewy, tough on the teeth, unpleasant to eat and we try to minimize you from eating that and I guess it works because of the great feedbacks from all of you, keep them positive reviews coming. We take pride in giving you the best form of protein that comes from these tender meat, these are evolutionary appropriate diet for humans, carnivorish diet, the most sought after food for humans through out history, our ancestors have been eating this for ages and I believe we can too.

And about the box of kosher salt from the left of the picture, don't worry, we bought them straight from a US suppliers, those Taiwenese traders are bu****it for selling them at high prices, but good news for you gentleman of distinctive taste, you get to brag that your meat is made from a RM125 priced salt, technically its the market price here, but we got them a lot more cheaper thanks to another SmokingHusbands because of him you get to eat high quality food at relatively low prices.

Fresh Out Of The Smoker is back, but this time, you can dine in! Devour our hot, juicy & tender smoked Angus brisket with all of its glory ALL YOU CAN EAT buffet style. Grab your wife, family and friends because good food are meant to be share.

Date: 8 January 2022
Venue: Remaja Makanan Laut (Waze / Google Map)
Price: RM90 per person (Limited to only 20 seats)

1) There will be 2 slabs of Angus Briskets, serve and cut in front of you by us. (Good luck finishing 6-7kg of smoked meat. Calling all food hunters, meat eaters and food vloggers, this is your time to shine)
2) They will be side dishes, but don't let them distract you from the main event (ALL YOU CAN EAT SMOKED ANGUS)
3) Come with an empty stomach (Because you will be happy by the end of this trip)
4) Bring you friends and families (Eat it the way it was meant to be, the more the merrier)
5) Come early! Meat cutting starts 12.30pm. (Come late and you may miss the good parts)
