3 minute Breakfast🍽

Traditional Indian flatbread made of dough and onions. The special texture of Roti Paratha is the multi-layered dough that gives the crispy and fluffy texture. Best eaten with curry, honey, peanut butter or jam, according to individual preference.

Step1: Remove the plastic laters from the pancake without defrosting and preheat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.

Step2: Place a piece of hand-grasp pancake in the preheated frying pan (no oil is needed), Pan-fry the pancake for approx 3 minutes on each side until both sides are golden-brown while flipping it occasionally to allow it to crisp up.

Step3: Use a pair of spatula/tongs/chopsticks to squeeze and pinch the pancake a couple of times to loosen the layers

Step4: Remove it from the pan and the hand-grasp pancake is now ready to be served after scrunching up(Serves hot)
