MiMi Guksu began in a very small kitchen. Every morning, a mother would boil noodles for her family, pour in rich, slow-brewed broth, and serve a warm bowl. From her fingertips came gentle warmth, and with no words needed, a lov

e that spoke deeply. For us, that single bowl of noodles was the greatest comfort. MiMi Guksu remembers that feeling the mother’s devotion poured into a bowl of noodles,
the warm jeong (情), or heartfelt affection, of the Korean people, and the deep, unforgettable taste that time cannot erase. We wanted to carry those precious memories and emotions into the present day. That’s why we make our noodles with sincerity every day, draw out the broth from nature’s ingredients,and cook with the hope that the person receiving the bowl feels warmth and comfort.
‘MiMi Guksu’ is not just a meal, it is a vessel that carries the heart. On days when you miss home at the end of a weary day, the warmth held in a bowl of noodles can become a soft embrace for anyone. Today, too, we’ll be your warm and comforting meal.
