明天上市 - 糖沙翁 Introducing our newly launched - Sugar Egg Puffs
糖沙翁曾是广东和香港茶楼的招牌甜点，但现在因为制作耗时、必须现炸现吃，在普通茶楼已经很难见到了。
糖沙翁是一种源自明朝末年的传统油炸甜点，也叫炸蛋球或沙壅。因为炸好后滚上一层白糖，像满头白发的老翁而得名。
它的口感很特别，外层香脆，内里有点像软蛋糕，带着浓郁的蛋香
It was once a signature dessert in Guangdong and Hong Kong, but now it is rarely seen in regular teahouses due to the time-consuming preparation process and the need to be fried and eaten fresh.
It is a traditional fried dessert originating from the late Ming Dynasty, also known as fried egg balls or saffron. It is named after being fried and then rolled with a layer of white sugar, resembling an old man with white hair.
Its texture is unique, with a crispy outer layer and a soft cake inside, carrying a rich egg aroma.
