It consists three layers includes winter sugar syrup, evaporated unsweetened milk and strong black coffee. The bitterness of the black coffee will be diluted by the winter melon syrup and evaporated milk. In addition, we added crystal jelly in it to increase satiety.

Traditional White Kopi Kaw
传统香浓白咖啡

White coffee is a local specialty of Malaysia with a history of over 100 years. White coffee is not white in color; it is made from high-quality coffee beans and premium skimmed milk powder using a special process involving a moderate low-temperature roasting and the removal of caffeine and the bitter and sour taste resulting from high-temperature carbon roasting. This process reduces the bitterness, acidity, and caffeine content of coffee to the minimum while maintaining its original color and aroma. The taste is smooth, pure, and mild, with a lighter and softer color than regular milk coffee, presenting a light milk golden yellow color, hence the name "white coffee".

白咖啡是马来西亚的土特产，约有100多年的历史。白咖啡并不是指咖啡的颜色是白色的，而是采用特等咖啡豆及特级脱脂奶粉原料，经中轻度低温烘焙及特殊工艺加工后，大量去除咖啡碱，去除高温碳烤所产生的焦苦与酸涩味，将咖啡的苦酸味、咖啡因含量降到最低。而且保留了咖啡原有的色泽和香味，口感爽滑，纯正，颜色比普通奶咖更清淡柔和，呈现出淡淡的奶金黄色，故得名为白咖啡。
