We ensure that your meals are fresh when you get them. The Chef is very particular about your satisfaction. Therefore, we:

- Hand-pick Aussie Grade S prime-cut steaks ourselves
- Marinade meats with care
- Sous vide to perfection

They will come in vacuum-sealed bags as below and you can freeze up to months (we recommend eating immediately though for best tasting result!).

Searing instructions will be provided. ;)

Note: The meat in image is not cooked and is from our initial testing phase.
