PHUTURE is proud to have been part of the 1st EAT Taste of Borneo conference at Kuching this October 2022.

It’s amazing to see Malaysia rise up in the world of gastronomy and yet taking strides in tackling food security and sustainability.

Kuching received the Unesco award as a ‘Creative City of Gastronomy’…. the first city in Malaysia to receive such an accolade, in any of the creative fields under the Unesco Creative Cities Network (UCCN).

It joins 49 cities across the world, from Brazil to Australia. It covers food cultures entirely embedded in their environment and those spiced by centuries of travel.
