These long, golden-brown breadsticks are topped with shredded, toasted cheese and a light dusting of sugar (or coarse salt grains).
They feature a soft, elongated shape arranged closely together in a basket setting, typical of sweet and savory Filipino cheese sticks or local bakery-style braided/long cheese breads.

For those who don't have my book, here's the recipe:-
500 gm breadflour
270gm water
80 gm castor sugar
1 1/2 tsp instant yeast
1 tsp salt
1 egg
60 gm butter ( soft )
100 gm starter dough ( make a night before )
1 egg for egg wash.

Fruity Chocolate & Cheese Sourdough.
A flavour packed with combinations, where savoury notes of chunks Cheddar cheese are mixed with the wine soaked dried fruits ( esp.candied orange peels), and the chocolate- based bread. Every bite into the melted chunky of Cheddar cheese is so rich with a slight tanginess after taste - very inviting.
