Calculated Risk: If the business fails, don’t call it failure. Call it “market research.”

Diversify Your Assets: Invest in parking. It’s cheaper than rent, and if things get really bad, you can sleep in the car.

Future-Proof Your Career: Find an industry AI can’t replace. You can’t eat AI for breakfast.
