Meet our Teokgalbi with Apple Reduction Sauce — smoky, juicy, slightly sweet, and made for slow sunny afternoons. Served with creamy mash and charred vegetables for the perfect comforting plate.

For some time now, we’ve quietly hinted that something new was coming.

Before Cove Malaysia, there was Section Cove in Busan, Korea — where our journey first began.

Back then, none of us actually came from a restaurant background. Section Cove was something we built through passion, trial and error, and learning everything along the way.

Over time, we made the difficult decision to close that chapter and slowly shift our focus toward Southeast Asia. With one of our founders, being Malaysian, starting here felt natural to us.

But truthfully, Cove Malaysia was completely new territory once again.

Coming from a restaurant and fine dining concept, building a casual cafe taught us a lot. Through long days, mistakes, changes, and constant learning, we slowly found our own direction.

To our team who grew together with us, and to everyone who visited, supported, shared meals, and became part of Cove along the way — thank you.

And now, we’re excited to continue this journey.
