Who can relate?

Bringing your Ah Ma out to eat and just praying she likes it
Because if she doesn’t, she WILL say it. Out loud. In front of everyone 💀

So we gave her the new Ah Ma Khao Soi. One suspicious sip later — “this tastes like mine” 🥹 Then the bowl was hers. Didn’t even ask 🍜

Ah Ma Khao Soi is now available at Boat Noodle — old tradition, new generation, still Ah Ma approved ❤️

Some recipes are written down.
Others are passed on through taste, memory and time.
A little more of this. A little less of that.
The kind of knowledge that lives in the hands

Some recipes are simply too special

"Old tradition. New generation."
